What this basically means is that there's a limitation on how many resources each user is able to take/consume from the server, the user has exceeded those resources. if you do it will say something like "user mailbox $user has exceeded object type FolderView" Look on the server's event log (application or system, don't remember) and see if you see a mention of the user. my issue was on previous connection method but it might still be valid
